I have a thing for knives

I’m in the midst of making a Greek dinner for my parents, who are arriving after 5 months of traveling overseas.
Had to stop the presses (or rather, start the presses and stop the chopping) to rave about my new Nakiri knife. Slices n’ dices very well, and it’s very sharp ( I just found out as I’m searching for a band aid). It’s on sale now for $100 at Williams Sonoma.
