Aleppo chili pepper chicken

~ Made on the fly – here goes – quick and easy recipe!   I cut 2 chicken breasts in half, and then pounded them a bit with a meat tenderizer.   Seasoned w/ salt, black pepper, paprika, and aleppo chili pepper.  Dredged in flour.  Sauteed in olive oil, until golden brown both sides. Added chopped shallots….let that saute for a bit, then add white wine to deglaze.   Add chopped tomatoes, rinsed capers, and some more aleppo chili for flavor.  Cover and simmer for until done.   Voila!  Served w/ pasta.
